Terms of Sale - Cherry Hill Farm

All prices are for pre-ordered kids only and are FOB Cherry Hill Farm. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER .. this includes health papers and any testing which may be required for shipping animals, crate, etc. We ship out of Dulles International Airport. We may have a crate which can be borrowed to ship your kid if it is not in use at the time of shipment. Cost of returning the crate to us and responsibility for the crate's care are the BUYER'S.

We require a $50 deposit on ALL kids ordered. If the animal of your choice does not have the kid which you have ordered, this deposit may be transferred to another kid of your choice. In the case of a cancelled order, the deposit is NOT refundable! We do reserve the right to keep any and all kids as herd replacements should we find it necessary to do so .. as in the case of a dam dying, etc. We adhere to ADGA's recommended Trade Practices.

Our Herd Sires are available for outside breeding to APPROVED does! No animals with any signs of communicable diseas will be allowed to be bred to any of our Herd Sires. Sorry, but there are NO exceptions!!!
