ASHLYN was our first AESOP daughter to freshen!
She began her show career placing at the top of her class as a junior kid .. then freshened with
a truly gorgeous udder - very long and smoothly blended in the fore, strong laterl attachments
and a high, wide rear attachement .. she is sharp and angular and carries herself with a
great deal of presence .. and true to her lineage, just improves with each freshening.
With limited showing, she placed 2nd with lst udder 1x as a yearling .. as a two year old
she was lx lst with lst udder and 1x Reserve Champion .. and in 2006 as a three year old,
she was 1st 2x, 2 x Grand Champion, 2x Best Udder, 2x Best Doe In Show and 1x
Best Udder in Show! 2007 saw her easily finish her Championship, going GCH 3x and Best
Doe In Show and Best Udder In Show at the Prince William County Fair. Shown only once
in 2008, she was BOB, BDIS and BUIS at the Prince William County Fair again! And in 2009
and 2010 she was again awarded BDIS and BUIS at the Prince William County Fair!
ASHLYN is also showing strength as a brood doe - her daughter AMAZING frehsened
with an udder every bit as beautiful as her mom - and placed 2nd 3x as a milking
yearling. Sadly, we lost AMAZING following an emergency c-section this spring. Her
daughter ALL MY LOVE ( sired by *B CHERRY-HILL JACK OF HEARTS) freshened with a
beautiful udder in 2007, placing 2nd milking yearling in her only show. And daughter
AS YOU WISH - born in 2008 - was 2nd place in a very strong intermediate kid class
standing right behind herdmate BIT-O-CLASS! ASHLYN's granddaughyer ADARA was
2x Junior Champion in 2009, and lst place dry yearling in her only show in 2010.
..
We are breeding ASHLYN this fall to our junior herdsire *B Kastdemur'sTimeelss, a son of *B Kastdmur's Time In A Bottle ( dam is GCH Kastdemur's Temerity LA 93)
and Kastdemur's Moulin Rouge (*B Kastdemur's King of the Hill x GCH Kastdemur's Mystere LA 91.
Fair .. and BEHIND THE EYES, who placed lst in that class!
Ashlyn is our granddaughter Ashley's 'baby' and we are so very proud of both of them!
